Tips for a great resume
- Put your phone number and email at the top. Recruiters call fast.
- List your most recent job first. If you don't remember a company name, write the type of company, like "Plastics manufacturer".
- Tick every machine, tool and skill you've used below. It helps us match you to the right job.
- Use short lines that start with an action word: Operated, Packed, Inspected, Loaded, Assembled. Add numbers when you can: "Packed 150 orders per shift".
- Add certifications (forklift, OSHA) and every language you speak. Bilingual workers are in demand.
- No work experience? Add school, volunteer work, farm or family-business work, and work habits like reliable attendance.
- Keep it to one page. Don't include your Social Security number, birth date or a photo.

How to post a new job when you get a new contract
- Tap + New job posting (or Duplicate on a similar job to save time).
- Type the job title the candidate will search for, for example "Machine Operator".
- Choose the work type, shift and job type (Temporary, Temp-to-hire or Direct hire). Add hours and the number of openings if you know them.
- Write a short description, or tap ✦ Write with AI to fill in the description, duties and requirements, then edit them.
- Tick Hiring now for urgent orders. Those jobs show first with a 🔥 badge.
- Tap Post job. It's live in the app immediately and the 24/7 assistant starts telling candidates about it.
- When the order is filled, tap Close. The job disappears from the app but its applicants stay in your records. Tap Reopen to use it again, or Delete to remove it for good.
Never put the client company name, city or address in a posting. Enter the pay range in the Pay range box. Massachusetts requires it for employers with 25+ employees.
